SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer for our team with experience in Customer Support Industry. Should be able to handle Soft skills, Customer Service, Sales & Business English (Optional). Should be able to handle personality development and leadership training for managers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chat and email monitoring and assessment to understand the training needs.
- Conducting one to one counseling with the agents to guide them on providing excellent Customer Support.
- Conducting one to one counseling with the managers to understand the training needs for them and provide the necessary coaching/training.
- Conduct soft skills training for the employees.
- Conduct training sessions on Customer Support and etiquettes (email and chat)
- Conduct sales training for the employees.
- Conduct customized training sessions based on the assessment done by the QA team/CSAT team and Operations/Team managers.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with at least two year experience.
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in flexible shifts.
